Some of the clues in the Crossword Puzzle did not cross.
The program (Zoomerang.com) did not take all the 18 clues and hints, sometimes it left two, sometimes three out.
Solutions
I had to redo the crossword puzzle all over again several times.
I also substituted the long clues with short ones as it was the reason why some of the clues could not cross.

How to evaluate people' reaction
1. Using Questionnaire/Opinionaire.
2. Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
Types of Questions:
Multiple choice.
Scale (Likert scale).
Open - Ended.
Dichotomous.
Multiple choice with multiple answers.
Fill in blank questions.
Ranking Questions.
Pairing Questions.
The challenges encountered
The questions in the questionnaire were 36 in total. Zoomerang allow for a maximum of 30 questions.
Solutions
I had to divide the questionnaire into two. The two parts the questionnaire was divided into were Part 1 and Part 2. Part 1 comprised of the questions: About the learning activity and About the facilitator. Part 2 comprised of the questions: About the learning experience and About what you learned.
